What time can I arrive?
The check-in office (Via Brunenghi 87) is open Monday to Saturday, 4 pm to 6 pm. Arriving at another time or on Sunday? Write to us first and we'll arrange it.
Is there parking?
Yes, on request and for a fee (limited spaces). Ask when you book.
Can I bring my bike?
Of course! The CCTV garage is free and there's a workshop too. No bike? Rent one from us.
Is the tourist tax included?
No, it's paid on site according to the Finale Ligure municipal rates.
How far is Residenza Adelaide from the sea?
About 400 metres: a 5-minute walk to the beach and the Finale Ligure seafront.
What apartments are there and how many guests do they sleep?
27 apartments: studios (2–4 guests), 4th-floor attics with a terrace (2–4), one-bedroom apartments (2–4) and two-bedroom apartments (4–6).
What do the apartments include?
Every apartment has an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV and a private bathroom. The building has a lift and is accessible.
Can I rent a bike or an e-bike?
Yes, on request and while available: city bikes €10 a day, e-bikes €12 a day. Guests' own bikes go in a free CCTV garage with a Park Tool workshop.
What is there to see nearby?
Finalborgo, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, is a 10-minute walk away; Varigotti and the Baia dei Saraceni are 10 minutes by car. Finale Ligure is one of Europe's best-known destinations for mountain biking, climbing and hiking.
